We recently used this company to perform a Level 3 survey on a house we wanted to buy. Before committing to the survey they sent us lots of information about what they would look for and how, which as first time house buyers filled us with confidence. Laura and Mo were very helpful and were happy to answer the multitude of questions that we asked.

I was recommended this company, along with several others, and I decided to get quotes for both Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. After comparing my options, this company stood out from the rest. They took the time to explain which survey would be most suitable for my needs and provided detailed information about what each survey level covered. They answered all of my questions promptly and were extremely helpful, even before I had made any payment. The survey was completed within two weeks of paying the deposit, and I received the report just one week later. Considering the detailed nature of the survey and the length of the report (83 pages), I believe this was a very quick and efficient service.
