Efficient and a very quick turn around

Quick, efficient and effective. Adam took the time to understand our needs was able to turn around the requisite documentation quickly and help to achieve settlement.

Adam is genuinely brilliant and saved me from throwing the towel in. We wanted to build a rear extension next to the boundary with next door. He issued a party wall notice to them for me, and worked with their instructed party wall surveyor to come to a swift and sensible agreement. Next door have been very uncomfortable about the whole process, and Adam has been invaluable as he's put my mind at rest throughout the whole process. Extra bonus he is priced very reasonably. I have already recommended him to friends wanting the same work.
