The company has local offices across London, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. It serves clients in Bristol, Oxford, Harrow, Richmond, Watford, Birmingham, and Cambridge. The company has completed over 150 projects. It offers party wall services and building surveys for homeowners, neighbours, developers, architects and builders.

Projects involving party wall awards and boundary work in Birmingham have drawn on this practice for guidance, with customers describing Adam as knowledgeable and generous with his expertise. His explanations of intricate details make stressful situations easier to navigate, a point that comes up often. Responsiveness is a recurring theme, with swift turnarounds on documentation and prompt issue of notices helping matters progress. Several reviewers highlight his ability to coordinate with architects, structural engineers and builders, particularly on a complex job requiring multiple party wall awards in an older building.

Professionalism and honesty feature regularly, as does the reassurance he offers when adjoining owners are uneasy about the process. Efficiency is noted repeatedly, with settlements reached quickly and builds kept moving. One client credits him with securing a sensible agreement with the other side's surveyor, while another comments on his composed handling of a partial wall award. The consistent impression is of a surveyor who combines technical expertise with clear communication from instruction to resolution.
