Leicester clients commissioning kitchen extensions, garage conversions and self-build homes feature prominently across the feedback, and the firm's role is shown to extend from technical drawings and planning applications through building regulations approval, tendering, sourcing builders and site management. Customers repeatedly describe being kept informed at every stage, with dependable communication, prompt replies and clear explanations of the options available. Something that features in review after review is the practical guidance offered when plans grew complicated, including alternative recommendations and identification of where savings could be made so that projects stayed on schedule and within budget.

Long-standing professional relationships are another theme, with developers and transport firms noting years of collaboration and consistently high standards across multiple schemes. The team, frequently identified as Steven Masic and colleagues, is described as approachable, easy to contact and willing to answer questions as they arise. Attention to detail and honest, measured advice on properties also feature, alongside the speed with which enquiries are handled, including completed instructions returned sooner than expected. Repeat custom and referrals suggest confidence in the outcomes achieved on planning applications, conversions and wider residential construction work.
