Lee was recommended to us via our solicitor, who has used him previously for CPR35 compliant reports, and spoke very highly of him. Lee was very thorough and professional during his site visit, he also provided us with an equally thorough report. Hopefully we won't require his services again, but if we do, he will be the first people we contact.
Really happy with the professional service offered by AIM Surveying. We were able to book a time that suited us. Our property was thoroughly assessed by Lee and Uzair. Both were very helpful and answered any questions we had. We received the report within 5 working days and the report is very detailed.
