We recently had a level 2 Home Report carried out by Avenue Building Surveyors and were really impressed. The report Scott delivered was extremely thorough, insightful and included plenty of reference images. We also appreciated that he was honest and told us in advance that he felt a level 2 would be sufficient and didn't try to upsell the level 3 report. Very pleased we chose to use Avenue Building Surveyors and would highly recommend.

His communications was really clear throughout, and his report was very thorough but easy to understand with no previous knowledge of houses. He phoned us straight after the survey to let us know general comments, and the report was then with us the same week.
