What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Ball & Co Surveyors Limited, operating in Morganstown, handled two party wall matters for one client who returned to Rhys Jones on both occasions and described the advice as expert alongside a helpful, professional and patient manner.
A separate party wall instruction saw the survey carried out on schedule, but the report was not produced within the expected period because cooperation from the neighbouring party was not forthcoming, and the account also refers to time lost to meetings, higher fees than expected and the attitude of Mr Ball. The feedback therefore reflects satisfaction with the personal service given by Rhys Jones set against dissatisfaction with how one party wall case was conducted and charged.
Reviews
Reviews are taken from publicly available sources.
Have had expert advice and help from Rhys Jones on two occasions, both have been excellent experiences. I've found him helpful, professional and patient. I'd recommend them as they deliver an excellent service
Very Bad experience with this company. Survey was done on time. The report was not ready within the prescribed time frame due to lack of cooperation caused to the concerned neighbor. Main issue was the unecessary wasted time for the meetings we had resulting in high fees imposed and the arrogant attitude of Mr ball.
