Jenni was incredibly patient, understanding and clear throughout the whole process. And Tim was thoughtful in his approach so as to not waste time or money and get the best outcome as quickly as possible.
Tim has been extremely informative with providing information about how we would go about planning our extension and using a party wall. He responded very timely and I appreciate all the advice he gave. Would definitely recommend!
I am very happy to recommend BTN Surveyors Brighton, all the staff are friendly and well informed, Florin was my contact during this process and his clear explanations and solutions made life so much easier, I am very grateful for all you have done for me in this matter, Jenni in the office was a dear, excellent customer service.
I have used BTN and Tim both with my own property and also commercially. They provide a brilliant service and are really helpful throughout the work stage. Communication was top notch and they always took the time to explain, in detail, the process and the best route forward to reach a stress-free resolution. I would highly recommend them. Kind Regards Russell
What an excellent company with outstanding, kind and dedicated employees. Phoning late on a Friday, I was immediately supported by someone who instantly understood my problem. He was able to offer solutions very quickly and instantly allayed my concerns.. I am very grateful for the expertise and generous assistance received and, therefore, highly, highly recommend this company!
I contacted btn due to an urgent query regarding a neighbours huge roof extension and my right to light and privacy. Jenni was very helpful and Tim got back to me the same day. He was helpful, professional and human! Although nothing can be done for this particular situation, I would definitely contact btn in the future if needed. Thanks both for your help.
Tim was so great in helping us with our party wall notices. I was quite lost in the process and I honestly don't think we'd be ready to go if it wasn't for his guidance and advice. He was really kind to us when we were very stressed! Thank you BTN!
