Cadastral Home Surveys

Me and my partner booked a Level 3 survey this 1930s house and from the outside everything looked in sound condition, so we weren’t expecting too much to come back. The survey ended up finding a lot of things we definitely didn’t notice ourselves, particularly around the roof and some previous renovations the previous homeowners had made. The report was detailed but didn’t make little issues sound like a disaster. Really useful and gave us a lot more confidence going into the purchase. Would 1000% recommend especially for first time buyers like ourselves. Thanks a bunch!

I cannot recommend Cadastral enough. The whole process was very smooth and they were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the difference in reports and answering every question we had. I ended up getting a Level 2 survey and it was a lifesaver, I couldn’t afford to fix the issues that they uncovered so it saved me purchasing a home I couldn’t afford. I can’t say enough good things about them!

The level 3 survey picked up some internal damp and structural issues that we would never have knew about otherwise. Really pleased we decided to have one done and would happily recommend.

Great service from start to finish. The report was easy to understand and picked up a lot of issues we hadn’t noticed ourselves.

I nearly skipped getting a survey to save money but I’m glad I didn’t. A number of issues were identified that weren’t obvious. We were able to use the report to negotiate which more than covered the cost of the survey itself.
