His report was thorough (he even uncovered a hidden gun safe, no gun) and easy to navigate, he was professional and a pleasure to communicate with and the meeting he arranged after to run through the survey and the advice he gave was invaluable. I would certainly come to Chris for any future surveys and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and diligent surveyor.
Chris provided a very thorough and detailed report. The drone survey was a very useful aspect of the survey. We were able to easily negotiate on the price thanks to it. Definitely money well spent and highly recommend his services.
Chris carried out a Level 3 house survey for me and I was very happy with the service. From the start he was responsive and easy to communicate with. He was also very flexible in getting the survey booked in sooner than expected, which was particularly appreciated. The report itself was excellent - very clear, detailed and easy to follow. It covered everything thoroughly but was written in a way that made the key issues and recommendations easy to understand. Chris was very friendly and approachable throughout and was quick to answer any questions and helped clarify a couple of details I had misunderstood, and generally made what is a pretty stressful thing feel much more straightforward. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the report and the service he provided, and would absolutely recommend Chris.

We had a level 3 survey done by Chris on a property we are purchasing. The report he provided was incredibly detailed but easy to understand, and very user friendly, pointing out any issues and potential issues. He also offers a follow up phone call, which was really useful and he answered all of the follow up questions we had. We would 100% recommend and would not hesitate to use again, if we needed to.

Chris performed a Level 3 survey on a property we are purchasing, and we are delighted with the service. Chris provided a very thorough, detailed report that is notably higher quality than examples we found in our initial research for a surveyor. Even with its high detail, everything was laid out in a very easy to digest manner and all noted findings were accompanied with images which allowed us to easily understand his findings. The report also included a glossary of useful terms that we could refer back to so there was zero ambiguity in his points. He also jumped on a call after to give us the opportunity to ask any questions that we had. He was also very accommodating during the whole process. We had to push back the survey a few times and Chris was very understanding and happy to help.
