Amazing customer service from start to finish, after survey was attended to, I recieved the survey back the next day! For a level 2 report, it’s very well detailed and has lots of information on any potential problems. I also got a call after the weekend with Barry to ask any questions. CK Consultancy Solutions conducted a Level 3 Homebuyers Survey for us. The turnaround between us getting in touch, the survey being conducted and the report being sent back to us was within a working week - we were so impressed. I used CK Consultancy for a Homebuyers Survey at the end of last year when I was looking to buy a house. They were very organised and efficient, arranging and completing the survey in a very short period of time. I would recommend, every time, to have a survey done before completing on a sale. I had made an offer on a property which looked amazing. The survey saved me a lot of money and heartache as although the property looked great, it was hiding a lot of nasty problems! Great service at an affordable cost. We took the L2 survey with valuation and the report came on the 8th day of the survey date. It is a detailed report containing pictures and maintenance tips. Charla replied to every email in a prompted manner. I recommend CK
