Como Associates

We used Como for our structural surveys and extension plans, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The team was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and competitively priced. They guided us through the process with professionalism and clarity, making everything feel straightforward and well-managed.

We recently used Como Associates for home buyer survey. Jamie was fantastic right from start to end. Their survey report was detailed, easy to understand and with detailed pictures (some of which i believe were captured using drone too). Jamie was very professional and took time to go over the details over the phone. He also advised on how best to go about on certain findings and it actually worked in our favour to bring the property price down. Highly recommed Como Associates. Regards, Amit

Recently used Jamie and COMO for a RICS Survey for my purchase not too long ago. COMO were great; very thorough and professional. Will definitely continue to recommend their services to all.

instructed Como-associates to carry out a survey of a house we are buying. Communication was very easy & they corresponded with the estate agents to arrange it all. A thorough survey was carried & a matching report produced, which was easy to understand. An excellent service & hassle free, with great after service. Absolutely would recommend.

Jamie conducted a survey on the property we are buying. He was easy to contact, quick to book in the job in and to turn around the report for us. We found the report and accompanying pictures really helpful and thorough, and clear enough to understand. I had some questions which Jamie discussed with me over the phone the next day. I would highly recommend their services (I have had several surveys done over the last 5 years) and hope to work with Como again when we look at renovations! Thanks

One of the best services I've had from any business, and my standards are high. The team completed a full survey report for me with very tight deadlines. They went above and beyond to help out and produced it even earlier than planned. Professional, thorough and completely faultless, can't recommend them enough.

Como Associates helped to get a home buyer survey for the property that I was purchasing. Jamie was very professional and friendly and he quickly booked the survey within few days and completed the survey on time. He provided a very detailed report which is again easily understandable. The report he provided has all the details on each and every aspect of the property. No wonder why they are having 5* reviews :)
