Jenna took her time to evaluate our house and did a thorough job including measuring the rooms, she also has a very good understanding of the area we live in her local knowledge was excellent. Furthermore her valuation was pretty much what we were expecting the value of our house to be. We were initially worried due to the various negative reviews on trust pilot, thankfully I can honestly say that we did not experience that at all. Once again thank you Jenna
We have used Countrywide twice in this house hunt and we have been delighted with their service in both occasions. The first survey showed the high potential for asbestos in area that was going to be extensively altered. Max who completed the survey, was more than happy to chat on the phone and via email to discuss the issues. The second survey was completed the day after I booked it, by Max once again, and again he product was excellent and his willingness to discuss the report was exceptional. It’s almost a shame that we won’t be moving again to be able to use their services! Many thanks to Countrywide and Max Girdler for a fantastic job.
Great service from Countrywide, who competed a valuation as part of our remortgaging application. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Joshua arrived on time and was friendly, professional and answered all questions that was raised. The valuation was submitted to our lender the same day.

I had to have 3 surveys completed on separate properties, Max Grindler was very efficient and responsive and also arranged a discount on the 2nd and 3rd surveys. Reports were detailed and informative and enabled us to make decisions re financial costs of unanticipated repairs.
This is the worst company ever Sent a surveyor to a modern 3 bedroom property in a village near Milton Keynes twice and failed to inspect it properly Failed to make it into the loft Spent a total of 18 minutes over 2 visits and managed to arrive at a valuation £65000 away from what 3 other rics surveys gave Not only that but when questioned about how he arrived at the figure he refused to give any evidence verbally or by email. This is despite rics saying at least 2 other similar properties within 0.5 of a mile sold in the last 6 months should be used as a comparison This is a very dodgy company be very careful if your lender wants to use these guys. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
