D & H Surveys Ltd

Architectural practices, solicitors and property firms make up the bulk of the repeat business described for this Great Somerford land surveying practice, with several clients reporting engagements stretching back more than a decade and one account of a working relationship spanning close to three decades. Promptness and reliability come through strongly in that feedback, whether the commission involves measured site plans, topographical drawing or a survey for a named commercial property, where the turnaround is remembered as swift.

Several customers describe the team as knowledgeable and professional, with Kyle singled out for particular mention, and note that communication remains clear from the initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished work. Competitive quotations and value for money appear often in accounts of the service, as do the accuracy and level of detail in the drawings produced. Reviewers often mention a flexible, courteous and accommodating manner across projects of varying scale and complexity, and that adaptability is held up as a consistent strength on instructions ranging from routine site work to more demanding commercial surveys. The willingness to take on work of any size, and to keep to agreed budgets and timetables, is a point that comes up often.
