Brilliant. Did a RICS survey for my house for paying back my help to buy when I had sold. David was very professional and overall lovely bloke and knows exactly what he’s doing. He helped me out on information I wasn’t sure about also. Can’t thank him enough. Thanks guys

David did a very professional and thorough survey of my future purchase. I would highly recommend his services to anyone purchasing a new home. He has given me complete confidence on all aspects of the condition and work that is needed to update my new purchase. An added bonus to his service is a hard copy of the survey posted out to me as well as an online copy for me to download.

David was recommended to us. I contacted two surveyors, David & 1 other. David responded very quickly with a quote and detail of what our report would contain. To this day, I'm waiting for the other surveyor to respond. David conducted our survey quickly & the report was very detailed and reassuring. We appointed David on 25th May and received our report on 8th June. Highly recommended.

David provided an excellent standard of survey, with careful attention to detail, at a very competitive price. In addition to his report, he was happy to chat to us both before and after the survey to help us understand the process and his findings. He has enabled us to proceed with confidence on our house purchase, and we would definitely recommend him.

We were recommended David by some friends who had used his services recently and their recommendation proved to be justified. From the first email to David to receiving his report he has been very professional and very efficient, even replying to emails that we sent late in the evening within minutes, we were not expecting replies until the next working day. We instructed David on the Monday and he came out on the Friday, he summarised his findings with us before sending a thorough and detailed report to us by email, we then received a bound and signed copy through the post. Couldn’t recommend David highly enough!

I can not express how disappointed I am with David Beaumont. After our initial conversation, I was more than happy to proceed in using his services and agreed this with a letter of engagement. However, since this initial contact I haven't heard from him since. I have tried to contact him on numerous occasions via phone and email over the past 2 months, which have all been ignored. AVOID!
