DM Hall Chartered Surveyors

In Aberdeen, DM Hall Chartered Surveyors handles party wall matters and commercial valuation instructions, yet the accounts left by clients are overwhelmingly critical. Various customers describe valuations that they believe fell well short of a property's true worth, including a commercial survey of a refurbished chip shop with parking and two land plots that produced a figure far below an earlier assessment. A recurring complaint concerns how briefly inspections are conducted, with surveyors said to be on site for only a short time, to take no measurements and to overlook features such as a loft bedroom and the plots of land.

Requests for a return visit or a renewed assessment are described as being refused. Communication also comes under fire, with one client reporting that an instruction for a leasing search went unanswered a week later, while the manner of a surveyor is described as unprofessional in another account. The pattern that emerges is one of disputed valuations, rushed inspections and poor follow-through on instructions.
