This is definitely a lie seemingly done to discriminate against renters! I would advise businesses not to deal with such a dishonest company.
APPALLING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been interested in a commercial property in Ayr which has been on sale for more than 6 months. I have phoned over 20 times to get a viewing appointment for the property and I get told I will be contacted back as the property agent "Anthony" is on holiday or out of office, which has been the case for over 3 months now. The staff is simply uninterested in dealing with customers and the property agents are lazy, showing very little effort towards selling the property. I emailed recently again, regarding this complain, yet have received no response. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND someone to sell their property through this company as the staff is lazy and uninterested in doing their job.
DM Hall conducted a scheme 2 home buyers report for me and did a great job. I was purchasing a house and wanted a second opinion. It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.
Very professional.
Not good value for property sellers who want their property presented in the best possible light, within reason.
