What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Dunstable homeowners regularly call on ECOHDS Chartered Surveyors for property inspections, and the accumulated feedback points to a consistent pattern of professionalism. Various customers describe Khalil as friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, taking time to walk through each stage of the inspection and explain the findings in clear detail. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with reviewers noting that appointments are honoured and inspections carried out thoroughly, even where clients need to rearrange. The quality of the resulting reports is praised for being thorough and delivered promptly, allowing purchasers to move forward with negotiations or sales.

A detail many reviews return to is the value obtained, with clients describing competitive pricing and a sense of having saved money through the advice given. Communication before and after the work is mentioned repeatedly, particularly Khalil's willingness to answer questions and talk through the implications of the survey. Repeat instructions are common, covering level 3 surveys alongside more general property inspections, and reviewers note that matters are resolved efficiently with care taken throughout the process. The thoroughness of the inspection itself, from the initial visit through to the final report, is what clients return to again and again.

Khalil of ECOHDS was recommended by a friend of ours who was also very happy with the service provided. We needed an urgent level 3 survey for a 3 bed house. Very reasonably priced, very prompt (within days of instructing them, we had the survey), very thorough, and Khalil took time to explain things to us in detail once the survey was provided. Khalil was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, highly recommend!
