Elite Surveyors Limited (ESL)

I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Martin. On the morning of the survey, he called to ask if there were any specific concerns I wanted him to focus on—an attentive and proactive gesture that immediately set him apart from other surveyors I’ve worked with. He also made it clear that he’d be happy to answer any questions I might have once the report was completed. The RICS 2 survey report itself was detailed and comprehensive, and when I followed up with questions, Martin offered clear, helpful advice that went above and beyond expectations. His professionalism, responsiveness, and depth of knowledge made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Thank you, Martin, for your excellent service and support.🍀

Nothing but praise for Martin! His report was super helpful and gave me so much clarity on what to focus on as a first-time buyer. The whole process—from booking to the survey—was smooth and easy. I didn't have to chase anything up. I booked it, got a date after he coordinated with the sellers, and even got a reminder the day before. On the day of the survey, he called to ask if there was anything specific I wanted him to check out. The next day, I had the report in hand, and it was really well done. Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Martin! We can highly recommend him for his attention to detail, professionalism, speed of responses and the advice his gives. His help has been invaluable and we are very grateful!

The best surveyor you could rely on. Honestly he just took the pressure we had with our help to buy process. He neither overvalued or undervalued it. Very mindful of the clients needs, we wouldn't have found a better one. Highly recommend Martin from Elite surveyors for surveyor needs.

I have used Martin's services twice in the last couple of months and he's been exemplary. If i could double the amount of stars i would! He has gone over and beyond expectations and went out of his way to be simply amazing! Comes highly recommended!! Thank you so much Martin, a rare professional!

Brilliant service, I requested an EPC certificate, all correspondence was answered quickly and efficiently, and I had my certificate the same day as the survey was completed, and the surveyor was also really professional. A great service all round, would definitely recommend.
