Fife And Kimmitt Surveyors Limited

People purchasing their first home feature prominently among the clients of Fife and Kimmitt Surveyors Limited, and their accounts of the firm are consistently warm. More than one customer describes commissioning a level two building survey, with one on a 1980s property, and note that they were guided towards the more suitable and less costly option rather than being nudged towards a pricier service. Mark, named as the surveyor, is singled out for reports that are thorough and clearly written, and for talking through concerns once the document had been received.

Russell is credited with responding quickly and getting appointments arranged without fuss, while Bill is mentioned for a pre-call setting out what to expect on the day and for sending the report soon afterwards. Nichola and Nicola, working in administrative roles, are described as prompt and helpful throughout the communication. Reviewers repeatedly mention the efficiency of the process from initial quote to final report, its straightforward and professional character, and the friendliness of the team. The pricing is described as fair and reasonable, and clients say they would return and would point others towards the firm.
