Flintoft Paul

In Hull, Paul Flintoft practises as a party wall surveyor, and the accounts left by clients reflect a practice that has drawn both praise and complaint. Speed is a theme running through the positive feedback, with a report produced within roughly fourteen hours of an appointment being arranged at short notice. Clients describe him as approachable and straightforward to deal with, and one notes that questions are welcomed after the job is finished, pointing to attentive aftercare. Competitive pricing comes up as well, with remarks suggesting he is not seen as someone chasing payment before delivering the work.

Set against this, a reviewer reports difficulty getting a response once the fee has been settled, characterising the service after payment as poor, while another account refers to unanswered contact. The overall picture is of a surveyor who turns work around quickly and charges fairly when engaged, yet whose communication following completion has not consistently matched that standard. Party wall matters, including the preparation of reports, form the work most often described by those who have used his services.
