Fox Property Consultants

We approached Richard Fox to carry out a valuation of our apartment for staircasing purposes because a previous valuation had been completely unreasonable and unrealistic. He responded very quickly, carried out the survey and produced a very comprehensive report within a few days. We felt he went beyond the call of duty in responding to the landlords challenges and disagreement in a most professional and effective manner which resulted in eventually the landlord accepting a realistic valuation. We can’t recommend him highly enough because he was very approachable and responsive plus explained in detail the process that he would carry out.

Detailed comprehensive survey with clear information The survey was undertaken in good time and the report provided in excellent time

I had a great, efficient experience with Richard. Would recommend him to others

I couldn’t recommend Richard highly enough. From my very first contact, the service was excellent - a quick quote, no fuss, and he managed to arrange my homebuyers survey really promptly. The report was completed and sent back the same day, and any questions I had afterwards (even the ones I thought were probably silly!) were answered patiently and helpfully. The whole process was straightforward, professional and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you!

Richard kindly provide me with a very detailed property valuation report and also gave me extremely valuable property market advice. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to anyone needing expert and very experienced property advice. He’s also a very nice person to deal with.
