We just purchased a property through Harris & Birt and they were fantastic throughout the whole process, despite it being a complex purchase. We were fortunate to deal with Caroline- I honestly don’t believe anyone else could have got the property over the line. We would highly recommend Harris & Birt.

If you need a property agent who provides truly personal, dedicated service, look no further than Martine at Harris and Birt who have offices in Cardiff and Cowbridge. As a tenant at 15 Geoffrey Ashe Court from June 2024 to January 2026, I had occasion to contact her on numerous occasions (well over half a dozen times) for maintenance and supply issues at my one-bedroom flat. Every single time, Martin's response was swift, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took personal ownership of every problem, ensuring resolutions were quick and thorough. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned what could have been frustrations into seamless fixes. This level of consistent, attentive service over such a long tenancy is remarkable especially noticeable in this age of frustrating chatbots wherever you dial. In all honesty, after using a couple of the top line estate agents to sell our property we decided to use Harris & Birt and I’m so glad we did. Our property was marketed for 12 months + with other agents and their selling techniques were appalling whereas Tommy & Caroline went above & beyond to get the sale on our house. We cannot thank them enough for the smooth handling of the sale from start to finish in such a short space of time. If your looking for a good estate agent then get in touch with them because they’re great.
