Beware! Had my suspicions due to a very poor reputation. Throughout the visit, the conduct and thoroughness of the inspection were alarming. Not to mention the lack of knowledge from the “ Professional “ carrying out a lending valuation on my property. Which became apparent after receiving their incredibly low valuation. Please take serious consideration before allowing this company to be instructed.
