I have used the services of the Home Report Company in recent times, and it was excellent, very efficient with a highly competitive price for their services. We used the company for three Home Report valuations, and Andrew MacKenzie ,the Chartered Surveyor, was friendly, courteous ,punctual and very knowledgeable .He was very understanding and accommodating in fitting us in for meeting up at short notice rather than the following week ,when we had a deadline to meet ,and produced very professional reports shortly after ,making it all very stress free. My daughter has used Andrew since for her Home Report Valuations ,and was equally very impressed by his services.Alongside with such great customer service from Lucy ,this is a great company that delivers 5 Star service and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
We have used the Home Report Company twice this year. Excellent support staff, professional and courteous surveyor (Andrew) and competitive prices. In my opinion they are one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
Well, what a great, quick service, at a smashing price. The agents worked with me to book a convenient slot, and the surveyor communicated promptly and efficiently once the inspection was completed. I have received the finalised report on Saturday evening after a Thursday morning visit. Fantastic service. Had not expected to hear anything till Monday. Very happy to recommend.
Very professional company. Arrived on time for appointment. Knowledgeable of the area. Quick to respond to emails and questions. We would recommend this company when selling your home.
A warm friendly visit from Andrew who did a thorough look over the house for our report. He also assisted us with any queries we had about the current market. Would highly recommend this company not only for their price but their quick and efficient service
Thank you Home Report Company, the surveyor who was sent over for our house valuation report was great. It was nice to be able to welcome a well-mannered, friendly and professional person to our home. For those looking for chartered surveyors to carry out a home report or valuation, I highly recommend this company. They have been very helpful, polite and punctual - and made life that little bit easier during a difficult time in our family. Thank you again.
I was very impressed with the service provided. An inspection was carried out very quickly after I accepted the price quote and a draft report was produced for approval the next working day. Everything was efficient and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
