A fantastic company and our Level 3 survey was definitely value for money. David & team turned our survey around very quickly and the report was written in plain English and clearly set out for us to understand. What has also been even better is the post-survey support from David and team. We had a follow-up meeting in the office to talk through our immediate questions and now that we have moved into the property, we have had a few more additional phone calls to talk through some things we couldn’t quite appreciate at the survey stage. A really great company particularly if you are buying local to Baildon with lots of knowledge about the property types that are commonplace in the local area that you just dont get from the low cost, country-wide “factory” surveying firms that sometimes you are recommended! I could not recommend Hornes Surveyors anymore, they were very easy to deal with, David provided the initial findings from the survey as soon as he was finished via telephone call, and then a very informative written document arrived very shortly after. Any questions I had he was more than happy to answer, and took time to ensure that I understood the impact and follow up work that may be required as a result of anything he had found, which was particularly appreciated as a first time buyer. Absolutely fantastic company. Will be recommending to anyone that is purchasing a property. From the moment of contacting Hornes Surveyors, they could not do enough to be helpful, supportive and efficient. We had a quote with in an hour of requesting one. Everything that will happen in the survey is clearly explained in the quote. Then following the survey David has been incredibly supportive and given us so much useful information. The report is written is a way that even with little or no experience with this type of report, it is very easy to understand. Not to mention that David has spoken with us multiple times since the report to explain things further and answer any questions that have come up. This company is simple excellent, we couldn't recommend them more. All the staff were really helpful, responsive and flexible. David was amazing, his telephone call chat through explained everything, very straightforward and happy to answer questions and follow ups.
