Independent Party Wall Surveyor

Homeowners and neighbouring owners involved in party wall matters form the client base described in the feedback for this practice. Several customers highlight how quickly surveys are completed, with reports often arriving sooner than the timescale originally indicated. Pricing is another point that comes up often, described as fair and in one case the most competitive quote obtained. Several accounts note the professionalism and politeness of the service, and a trouble-free experience with plain direction at each stage is a common theme.

Jamil is named by one client, who valued the advice given about what would happen next and the reassurance that came from having that support. The standard of work carried out is praised, alongside knowledge and commitment to seeing matters through. Communication before and after the job features across the accounts, with customers feeling informed rather than left to guess. Party wall work, building consultancy and surveying appear among the services mentioned in the feedback. The practice leaves clients with the sense that advice is explained plainly and the finished report meets expectations.
