I took a blind risk when choosing my surveyor as a first -tine buyer and it was definitely one of the best decisions I made throughout the process. I have really appreciated not being talked down to and several phone conversations with Graham after the survey revealed some questionable issues. My questions were answered and things were explained in further detail, when I was really stuck about about whether to proceed with the purchase and Graham was at my side for the difficult bit. I have had excellent value for money and I took great delight in telling the pushy estate agents "No thanks, ive got my own!" when offered their surveyors. Best decision I made was instructing Mason Wright to help me. They have been professional, helpful and approachable which is really important. They won't let you down! A1. I had a Level 2 Survey completed by Mason and Wright Associates. The lady I had spoke to on phone regarding the quote was very friendly and helpful. I had obtained various quotes from local providers and Mason Wright was the most competitively priced. Once I decided to proceed, their online portal was very easy to use and it was track that the progress of the survey could be followed. My Survey was completed on the Monday and I had the report by Friday. The report was very thorough, this gave me the confidence that the house had been thoroughly inspected, and every issue, not matter how small, was noted. The report was accessible by email and on their online portal, which was beur helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied, thank you!

Very poor service for level 2 RICS. Survey was vague, did not address VISIBLE issues and lacked thorough detail. Complete lack of sensible suggestions and clear scoring system. When requested for further information, they were uncontactable. Complaints procedure is also a waste of time. Don’t spend your money here as you will need to hire another surveyor.

We have just seen the full report done on our home for the buyers ( now ex buyers!!) following on from a 3 hr survey. The report has a number of errors/ inaccurate information in it. Silly things like the smoke detectors are battery operated when in fact they are mains, kitchen doors have been painted to cover up wear and tear when they are still the original unit direct from the kitchen company of which we have never touched.Lots and lots of similar guess work completely untrue. As vendors it seems we have zero rights to complain about such inaccurate information which forms buyers opinions on whether to proceed with the purchase. As the work is commissioned by buyers they can say and give any versions of a survey and we have no right to challenge……. Something really needs to change, as it could and does affect millions of peoples lives. I for sure would never allow anyone from Mason Wright Associates to step foot into my home to produce a document of lies and inaccuracies ever again.

Very Impressed with Mason Wrights high quality service. They were extremely helpful and guided me through the process answering all my questions in a professional manner. The report was very good and highlighted various matters which helped me to make my decision. The report did highlight a particular significant issue that allowed me to negotiate with the vendor saving me money. The report also provided information to share with my legal advisor which was important. The surveyors knowledge and experience was impressive. Highly recommend.

The survey report that I received from Graham was very comprehensive and I was able to have an after care telephone call with him to discuss any further queries that I had. I would recommend Mason Wright Associates and will use them again for any future surveys that I need.
