What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Homeowners and adjoining owners involved in renovation and construction projects make up most of the feedback for this Manchester party wall practice, and the same strengths surface again and again. Nathan is named repeatedly as professional, knowledgeable and approachable, credited with setting out the legislation governing party wall matters in everyday language and keeping clients fully informed from instruction through to the finalised agreement.

Serving notices on neighbours, advising on agreements ahead of dormer and renovation work, and preparing detailed schedules of condition are the tasks described most often, with particular appreciation for documentation that gave adjoining owners reassurance. Punctuality is a point that comes up often, as prompt visits helped projects stay on schedule with builders, and communication before and after appointments is singled out for being clear and readily available.

Customers in several reviews describe the process as stress-free and efficient, noting that questions were answered without difficulty and that awards were concluded in sensible timeframes. The tone throughout is warm, with clients describing Nathan as polite, friendly and easy to deal with on matters ranging from neighbour notices to representation as an appointed surveyor. Several accounts also mention that they would instruct him again without hesitation, ending on the thorough schedule of condition that recorded the adjoining property in detail.

Absolutely excellent experience with Nathan. We’ve been messed around by a lot of people during this renovation and it was great to finally work with someone top quality. Highly recommended, will be using him again. No issues at all.
