What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Homebuyers seeking a valuation or full structural report describe NancyRita Chartered Surveyors as a practice built around detailed, plainly written survey work. Lyndsey is the name that recurs most often, with clients regularly noting her professional manner, the speed of her replies and the reassurance she provides during what is often a stressful purchase. Help to Buy valuations and Level 3 surveys are the jobs mentioned repeatedly, and several accounts highlight how quickly a site visit can be arranged and how promptly the finished report follows.

The written output is described as clear, comprehensive and easy to follow, with key defects and risks set out in a way that supports a decision on whether to proceed. Something that features in review after review is the follow-up service, where queries about the findings and next steps are answered thoroughly and advice on contractors is shared. Reviewers also mention fair pricing, straightforward booking and Rob's contribution to the process. The ability to have the report accepted without further questions, and the ongoing help offered once the document has been issued, are the practical benefits buyers return to.

Thoroughly professional, diligent and plain speaking. I really appreciated the clear communication of the key issues in our level three survey which helped us decide the correct course of action to get a clear insight into the issues with the property we were interested in. The after survey service was exceptional - precise and timely advice so we could instruct our solicitors accordingly. The commissioning process was very smooth and the execution of the survey pretty quick. I highly recommend Lyndsey to prospective house buyers

We required a Help to Buy valuation at very short notice and Lyndsey was able to visit our property the very next day. The report was then issued the following day with no issues. Her service was faultless and communication was immediate throughout the process. We had no issues getting the report approved by Help to Buy and would recommend the service to anybody in the North East seeking a Help to Buy valuation.

Had a RICS report generated for help to buy purposes, Lyndsey came out to carry out the survey and was very friendly and extremely professional. She was full of knowledge and told us exactly what to expect during the process. Even after the report was sent to us Lyndsey reached out to let us know if there was anything else we needed help with the process she was there to guide us. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Lyndsey carried out an exceptionally thorough and detailed survey, and the report was clear, comprehensive, and very easy to follow. In the follow-up call, she took the time to walk me through every aspect and was incredibly reassuring and supportive. She explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and well-informed, and it was clear she had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable and professional surveyor.
