Fred carried out a Level 3 survey for us recently and we found him highly professional, friendly and enthusiastic. Most importantly he made the whole process really accessible and gave us clear explanations when needed. He delivered a comprehensive and extremely useful report which we can now use to develop a maintenance schedule for our home.
