Slow and un-responsive

Sally at OA made getting my License to Alter super swift, easy, and friendly, which was a much needed relief at the end of a long road with building permissions. So glad they were recommended my way!! I love my new (old) porthole window. And I love that it all came together so well before the bathroom installer arrived. Feels like it lets the flat breathe through to the sea. So worth it!

The survey was detailed, thorough and broken down into categories of severity that made it easy to digest at a glance. Sally and Claudia were helpful and readily available to discuss the findings over the phone even before the written report was completed.

Very please with the speed and quality of the Survey that OA Surveyors undertook. Final document is extensive and clear and found the executive summary sheet particularly helpful, along with the issues that a solicitor is advised to check and follow up. Thanks again
