PRC Certificates Limited

Owners of PRC-affected homes, frequently prompted by estate agents or lenders to obtain certification, make up most of the feedback for this Swindon business. Sue is the name that recurs throughout the accounts, praised for professionalism, knowledge and a willingness to explain a process that several customers found complicated or stressful. Reviewers often mention how quickly enquiries are answered, with calls, emails and messages returned promptly and certificates often issued within days rather than weeks. Something that features in review after review is her readiness to examine individual circumstances and advise honestly, including telling one customer that certification was not in fact necessary.

Customers describe being kept informed from first contact through to completion, with clear explanations replacing their uncertainty. The handling of anxious situations is singled out, including one case where a difficult week was eased by a calm and empathetic approach. Speed, approachability and the quality of the final certificate appear together in most accounts, with the same helpfulness extended to family and friends referred on. Much of the work involves certification, consultancy and building inspection advice for owners of PRC-affected properties.
