Property Formula provided an excellent service to me in relation to a purchase. It was very easy to book the survey which was undertaken on a timely basis. The survey report was very clear and informative. I had a follow up call with Reuben to discuss and further understand the key points in the survey and Reuben gave me some excellent advice as to where value can be added. I typically avoid giving negative reviews, but I felt very let down by the unprofessionalism I experienced. I initially spoke with Mr. Diffey, who assured me he would come to survey my new house and that it would be done in early September. I waited for confirmation, but after two weeks of hearing nothing, I decided to call the company. To my surprise, I was informed that Mr. Diffey was on holiday and had forgotten to mention my request. I was then told that the survey couldn’t be completed until the end of September—right when I was supposed to be completing the purchase. Needless to say, I was extremely unimpressed and felt stuck. Thankfully, I turned to Emerald Ritter Surveying Services Ltd., who were professional, thorough, and completed the survey well within the necessary timeframe.

I was pleased with the state of the property but the report also uncovered some things I would have not noticed by myself.
