Phil had no experience or knowledge relating to prefab or non standard construction as he advised. He did not look at the boiler but merely asked me the question, did not access the roof space to assess and did not go into the back garden to take images of the rear. No ladders used during the survey. He then reported my house has no value. I currently have a mortgage with a Building Society. The property is not listed as defective so is mortgageable. Before purchasing, I paid for structural survey report that showed the property is a solid build with no defects. There has been other properties similar sold in the area and mortgaged. Disappointed in the service and would not recommend.
