After searching for a local surveyor, we chose to go with RJH Surveying, and we’re glad we did. Richard conducted a Level 3 survey for the house we are purchasing. The survey report covered every aspect of the property and listed the defects we need to address. It also allowed us to negotiate the purchase price.
