South Lincs Surveyors

We were very satisfied with the prompt and efficient way Jackie Allen and the team at South Lincs Surveyors handled our survey. The level 2 House Buyers survey was extremely thorough and reassured us about the property we are buying.Jackie quickly answered supplementary questions arising out of our solicitor's searches . I would definitely recommend there services to others.

Great service from Jackie at South Lincs Surveyors. The report was issued quickly and I got a lot of support to help answer any questions I had. The drone survey was also a very helpful and welcome addition. Highly recommend!

Had our survey booked, done and report in just over a week. The report came 36 hours after the inspection, so was impressed. The drone pictures really helped us understand the property we are purchasing. The report itself was detailed and thorough for level 2. Would highly recommend!

From quote to survey in our hand within a week. Really liked that we got a drone survey as well and all felt very thorough

We really cannot thank Jackie enough for all her assistance during our recent move. After contacting South Lincs Surveyors, communication was excellent from the offset. We were booked in promptly, even being brought forward due to a cancellation, were kept updated throughout the process, and provided with an informative and professional report. Unfortunately, the results of the first survey revealed some significant issues with the property we were hoping to purchase; however, Jackie was able to explain these in detail, allowing us to make an informed decision. We found fees and timescales were competitive and would happily use, and recommend, their services again.

Jackie provided a first-class valuation service for us, very quick and always excellent communication to keep us informed. Would highly recommend and will use again!

Excellent service from Jackie Allen. Our first time moving house and she explained each level of survey well and was so patient with all our questions. We went for the Level 3 RICs survey on our potential new home and the process was seamless with our report delivered within 48hrs of it being carried out. Would definitely recommend South Lincs Surveyors to anyone!
