Since having little experience of older houses he was kind enough to provide detailed answers to my questions of my concerns of the property. It was a very positive experience and would recommend Steve Butler if you are looking for a surveyor who is very meticulous and knowledgeable and responds swiftly.
Steve came at very short notice and was responsive to our emails, even over the weekend. Report was provided within a day which was ideal as we were under time pressure. Would recommend.

Steve is very professional and has done survey of our property in very short time frame. The price for valuation was much lower compering to other companies in the area. I would definitely come back and recommend it!
Steve was very accommodating to completing the survey on a very tight time frame and for a very reasonable price compared to bigger company competitors (which were more expensive and needed several weeks notice). I received the report within 24h and Steve was swift to respond to calls and emails. Thanks again!
