Taylor Mitchell Surveyors

For homebuyers and owners involved in party wall matters, this Cambridge practice draws consistently favourable feedback. The recurring praise centres on reports that are detailed, informative and delivered without delay, particularly in homebuyer surveys and lease extension valuations. Justin Burns is named often for his thoroughness, his willingness to step in when time is short, and his work on a complicated party wall award, while Steve and Joanne are credited with steering clients smoothly through each stage. The office staff come in for frequent mention for making bookings straightforward and for offering guidance both before and after instructions.

Several accounts describe clear answers to queries about the finished report, timelines that were honoured as stated, and party wall agreements drafted in language that clients could readily follow. Coordination with the other side's appointed surveyor is portrayed as cooperative rather than adversarial. Several customers mention returning for a second instruction, and the firm is described as dependable and approachable across both residential surveys and neighbourly disputes. Lease extension valuation work also features, with professionally prepared reports following competitive quotations and help with questions continuing after the paperwork was issued.
