I recently worked with Neil during my neighbours' extension project, and highly recommend his services. From the outset he was professional and showed great understanding of the party wall act. Neil was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making a stressful situation more manageable.
I found Neil at emerald to be very professional in every aspect of the party wall agreement that I had to have with my project. I would highly recommend to everyone.
