Party wall surveyor services for homeowners and neighbours dealing with notices and awards are the focus of the feedback here. Nisar is named in nearly every account, and his responsiveness stands out: customers writing about their orders describe rapid replies to initial enquiries and to later questions, with appointments arranged around their availability. Reviewers frequently point to the clarity of his explanations of the party wall process, and the reassurance this gave during what many found a daunting or stressful situation, particularly where neighbours were difficult or work had started without notice.

Reliable, punctual attendance is another recurring theme, as is the speed with which awards were produced when deadlines pressed. Clear, fixed quotes given upfront and described as reasonable and transparent come up often, with no hidden fees reported. David is also praised for handling access negotiations with difficult neighbours so that surveys could proceed. The knowledge and thoroughness applied to notices, disputes and resolution are noted, alongside courteous, patient communication that kept clients updated by email throughout. Clients describe a polished process in which promises made at the outset were carried through, and difficult party wall matters between adjoining owners were resolved quickly.
