Westley & Huff

The service provided by David Sparrow of Westley & Huff has always been truly exceptional. Not only is he thorough and professional but he has shown in the years' I have known him genuine empathy and compassion, always going well above for us. We are extremely grateful for his service and would recommend him to anyone.

This firm was recommended to me by a friend who had used them several times in the past. I commissioned a survey on a building property I am buying, and I was extremely happy with the quality of the customer service, the quick turnaround, and the thorough and professional report they produced. I highly recommend this company.

I had a building survey done by Paul, and can’t thank him enough for doing a very thorough job as well as being patient to explain to me the details of the findings. I didn’t have much understanding of the report as a first time buyer, but with his help, I’m assured that the house has been thoroughly examined before moving in. Thank you very much Paul and I would highly recommend to use their service, ace job!

Fantastic surveyors. Barbie went out of her way to try and get something in the books as early as possible, while also professionally managing expectations during a busy time. Bob provided a very thorough report within a couple of days of the survey. All done within a week.

From the first call to Barbie I felt confident we had chosen a good company. Barbie helped explain the process to a nervous buyer and has handled my confused calls to her with grace and calm which I really appreciate. The survey was done, a telephone call followed straight after and a day later the meaty report arrived. I will be recommending them to friends especially Barbie.

I had a valuation done by Paul. He was extremely professional and a really kind man. Barbie was also really helpful. I would definitely recommend this company if you want the job doing properly. Many thanks both.

We received a great professional service. It was well organised and we were updated throughout. Paul carried out our survey and we were so impressed that he took the time to ring straight after his visit to talk us through his findings. The report was well written and received just a couple of days after. Cant thank Paul enough.
