Yorkshire Property Surveyors

I had an excellent experience with Sheraz and would highly recommend his services. From start to finish, Sheraz was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The survey report was thorough, comprehensive, and easy to understand, giving me confidence in my property purchase. What really stood out was the guidance he provided throughout the process. He took the time to explain the findings, advised me on which issues were worth raising, and helped me use the survey effectively during the price negotiation with the seller. Despite my tight timeline, Sheraz kindly expedited both the survey and the report, which was greatly appreciated and made a huge difference. The service provided was exceptional and very reasonably priced for the quality and level of support I received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sheraz to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused property surveyor.

We used Yorkshire Property Surveyors for a house survey and the service provided by Sheraz and Liam has been excellent. For a very reasonable price they handled all the logistics of organising and carrying out the survey, provided us with a detailed report which they took their time to thoroughly explain to us in a manner that was easily comprehensible. Thanks a lot for your support!
