The time to visit was good. The time to receive the report was good also. The report did not mention if the roof was ok and I had to make contact which delayed slightly our decision to purchase.

Very easy to arrange our home buyers survey

Tim was very responsive and explained everything in details. Whenever I needed guidance or explanation after the survey he responded promptly. The survey was detailed and helped me reduce the price. Would definitely recommend.

As a first time buyer of an older property I did a lot of research before choosing Allcott Associates to conduct my Level 3 survey. Their reviews were absolutely spot on. They were always very quick to respond and conveyed my questions/concerns to the surveyor. Mr Paul Cunniff who conducted my survey within a very timely manner provided me with a detailed report of his findings, which was very easy to understand. Paul covered all the questions I had provided to Allcott Associates along with very useful recommendations for how to maintain the property with timelines for each. I would not hesitate to recommend Allcott's and Paul to anyone embarking on the minefield that can be house purchasing/surveying. Thank you so much to all the team.

After positive feedback I have to remove and give 5stars only for 2 reasons. I. The attic they gave false insulation depth so clearly didn’t measured. They been up as sent a few pictures but clearly forget to mention the possibility of rat problem in the attic which obvious ly there /or been there as you can see the poo. You can see it when open the latch
