Bill was very helpful during the purchase of our first property, a 1930s semi. Nothing was too much trouble. We sent him multiple questions during the conveyancing process as a result of regulations and building control documents, he replied to every single question within a day or less.
Bill was extremely thorough, and responsive on our house survey. He even took the time to discuss any questions I had before carrying the survey and once I had the chance to read through it afterwards.

On April 7th, I met with Kate. Brilliant service through and through. Firstly I was struck by her compassion and patience as I was running late. She waited for more than 20minutes and never complained. She got in and did her bits and if I say anything was less of a professional, I did be lying. She was very professional, friendly, she made me feel very comfortable and I remember chatting away for a while .. which made my anxieties less visible and I was at peace. She explained what she was doing and how she was going to use her findings at my property in a layman language so I could understand clearly. She reassured me and I cannot complain. Excellent job from this person . Thank you Kate.. 10/10 in my books. Xx MsLM
