If you have need for a party wall surveyor, I can highly recommend Bluegrass Surveying. Jonathan Kensall was so helpful throughout, with clear explanations of the process and prompt replies to emails. Bluegrass were very reasonably priced, too! An all-round "great" from me.

Johnathan was incredibly helpful in a particular issue. Even though we wasn’t able to use him for the issue as it didn’t apply in our case. Johnathan still went out his way to help us with information and advise. Which considering he wasn’t getting anything from us, I found him incredibly helpful as a person. As he didn’t have to help us out at all! Would definitely use him in matters where his work would apply. Genuinely an honest person who wants to help others, something you rarely get nowadays!

Bluegrass Surveying were very helpful and informative in relation to going through the party wall experience for a project we are doing. Many thanks to Jonathan for his kind help and patience.

We have used Bluegrass Surveying on many occasions and the service was always excellent from start to finish. With his clear communication and expertise, Jonathan made the whole party wall process straightforward and easy to understand. Would highly recommend.

We recently started the Loft conversion/extension project for our terraced house. We reached out to Jonathan to put in place the necessary paperwork for the party wall act. The process was seamless and Jonathan did a great job of explaining all the steps. Highly recommend.
