The entire process was very smooth and Chris was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different parts of the report, happily answering any queries we had. The Level 3 report saved me from purchasing a property that, on the surface looked fine, but had many defects that needed significant work, which I could not afford financially. An excellent company and couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic service from Bromilow Property Surveyors. 10/10. Chris spent the time to chat to me, advise and help me with absolutely no hard sale. He done this out of kindness and still told me to shop around. I didn’t commit to the survey and he still showed went to all that trouble, a very nice chap. I booked my survey, it was thorough and nothing was missed. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Bromilow Property Surveyors produced a level 2 survey for us. We really liked the report. It was very detailed, easy to read, and contained relevant photos and diagrams. The drone shots of the roof were particularly good. We then had a call with Chris where he was happy to run through the report and answer any further questions we had. Would definitely recommend!
I'm very happy with the service provided. The survey report is very thorough, issues were well documented in regard of the nature of the problem, possible solutions and consequences. Much better than other reports I've seen previously. Chris contacted the agents and organized the visit himself. I only had to pay and wait for the result. The report was delivered promptly and was accompanied by another local area report. The notifications could be a bit better (payment received, visit scheduled, visit completed), but that's a minor thing. I highly recommend Chris.
