Chris did a rather complex Level 3 survey for us earlier in the year and we were very impressed. His report was thorough (he even uncovered a hidden gun safe, no gun) and easy to navigate, he was professional and a pleasure to communicate with and the meeting he arranged after to run through the survey and the advice he gave was invaluable. I would certainly come to Chris for any future surveys and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and diligent surveyor.

The report he provided was incredibly detailed but easy to understand, and very user friendly, pointing out any issues and potential issues. Even with its high detail, everything was laid out in a very easy to digest manner and all noted findings were accompanied with images which allowed us to easily understand his findings. The report also included a glossary of useful terms that we could refer back to so there was zero ambiguity in his points. He also jumped on a call after to give us the opportunity to ask any questions that we had. He was also very accommodating during the whole process. We had to push back the survey a few times and Chris was very understanding and happy to help.
