I was very pleased to meet Ian Cutts with regard to our neighbour's wish to do extensive renovations. Ian acted as the Party Wall surveyor for my property and worked with the PW surveyor for the neighbour. Ian was a good communicator, was happy to collaborate and gave clear explanations throughout. He spent time examining the house, was not rushed and checked that I understood all aspects. Later he sent detailed drawings with his report. I was impressed with Ian and would recommend him.
