Cohort Party Wall Surveyors

Writing on behalf of my daughter, as she doesn’t have a gmail account. Gideon was really friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. It turns out I didn’t need to proceed with a party wall notice, however if in the future I ever need any help with any party wall matters, I won’t hesitate to use this company. Also, fixed pricing structure so everything is clear. Great all round.

It was a delight working with Gideon on our party wall survey. He was very responsive, providing initial advice on the phone and by email and keeping in regular contact by messaging. The pricing was transparent (visible on the website) and very competitive compared to other local companies. The party wall form was sent to our neighbours within 24 hours and the visit to create the schedule of condition was all done within a couple of days. Highly recommended!

What an absolute gent Gideon is! I was struggling to get someone to help me with serving a party wall notice. Gideon was happy to help, his communication was brilliant and he got it all done for me on the same day at a really fair price. Not everyday you come across people like him. Thanks again!

Gideon provided a timely, professional and expert service throughout a tricky party wall process that we required for our loft conversion. Without this service, we would not have achieved such a positive outcome that is beneficial to both ourselves and our neighbours. Highly recommended.

I worked with Cohort on a recent party wall matter and found him excellent to deal with. He is professional, easy to work with, speedy in his responses, and clearly very experienced. He has a strong working knowledge of the Party Wall Act and always kept the best interests of his appointing owner in mind. Highly recommended.

Very professional but still courteous and considerate. Explained the situation clearly and concisely, allowing us to come to a mutually acceptable arrangement. I would recommend this company should you find yourself in need of their services. Dr David Hemlock

Gideon was brilliant throughout what was quite a stressful process. He was always on hand to help, especially over WhatsApp, and kept me up to date at every stage. His calm and professional approach made everything much easier to deal with, and he took the time to explain things clearly. I’d definitely recommend Gideon to anyone needing a reliable and supportive party wall surveyor.
