Not very helpful to us in buying our home - they did attend on the day planned but we’d planned to attend for the last part of our level 2 home buyer survey and when we arrived the seller said the surveyor had already left within 50 minutes. The report was quickly produced and extensive but absolutely full of caveats and areas they had not been able to view. We spoke to the surveyor about key areas we were concerned about including the source of a damp smell, he said that the owners were brewing hot chocolate and so he couldn’t smell anything. In fact huge important issues were missed, since moving in we have been battling for months with a longstanding rodent infestation and structural and damp problems that our neighbours mentioned that seller boasted to them that he was astonished (and glad) weren’t picked up. We wouldn’t recommend this service overall. See less

Cosey Homes provided a fast and efficient service, they provided our detailed report within a couple of days which was really good!
Level 3 report: Prompt report, good quality and fair assessment.
2 reasons. 1. The survey report arrived to me in the last hour of the 14 days agreed time, yes it is within the time limit but it's bad. 2. Nearly everything was "please follow it up with..." I felt that I was very weak advised on what to do.
Amazing company. Used them on all 3 of my homes when I bought them. Speedy reports and fast and getting it booked in. I wont use anyone else.
