Detailed inspection work is the thread that runs through most accounts of this Manchester surveyor, with customers describing reports that covered a property thoroughly and left them well informed before committing to a purchase. Several mention that the findings helped them renegotiate an asking price, and a clear, comprehensive picture of the building's condition is a point that comes up often. Turnaround is another recurring theme: appointments are arranged without fuss and the finished report tends to arrive within the agreed timeframe, in some cases only a couple of days later.

Contact before and after the visit is repeatedly praised as straightforward and responsive, and the booking process is described as simple by more than one client. Individual members of staff, among them Maria, Adrian, Anthony and Ric, are named for their helpful and professional approach, while an attending surveyor is remembered as punctual, efficient and mindful of the household. The level of detail is felt to justify the cost, and repeat instructions across multiple purchases suggest lasting satisfaction with the property survey service.
